Protein Shakes

I have not had my sleeve done yet and I am trying to figure out the Protein drinks. I have been using the EAS Complete Protein powder from Walmart, but in the bariatric book my Dr's office gave me it list powders?utm_source=BariatricPal&utm_medium=Affiliate&utm_campaign=CommentLink" target="_ad" data-id="1" >unjury, Advantedge, whey Powder to name a few. The EAS has 25 grams of protein in 2 scoops. Is this a good one to be using it cost less than $20.00 per container?

I've used some EAS complete protein. My favorite is Premier Protein shakes. Unjury is very popular plus they sell a sample collection.

I use muscle milk from GNC in Cookies and creme. It tastes awesome and has a lot of Protein in it. I also like Jamie Easons protien powder on Bodybuilding.com, i love it too. i just like something already boxed up and ready to drink. i've got 3 cases right now waiting for my surgery on 6/29. i had to wait 7 months for my stomach to fix itself after having the band removed on 11/4/14. now 7 months later, i'm ready to go!! Good luck!! :) :)
