I had my one month follow up today, I lost 33lbs since surgery.

Went for my 1 month follow up today, I am doing great and I feel awesome!! Best thing I ever did. Lost 33lbs from surgery.

Before surgery all I drank was water, loved it. Now after surgery i get nauseous. So, I talked to my NUT and he said I can drink unsweetened iced tea with lemon, I'm in heaven!!! Good luck

I am 3 weeks post op. I lost 19.4lbs pre op and 17.6lbs since surgery. I also lost some inches but not sure how many.

too have numbness in my pinky and ring finger, they said if it doesn't go away in a week or two I have to see a neurologist

Honestly I'm full of energy. I wake up like clock work at 6:30 and am not stop til bedtime. But as soon as I wind down in bed I'm beat. Before surgery I would normally stay up til 12-1am. Hang in there, the more you lose the more energy you will have ☺
