  2. I was just talking to the nurse at my last appointment about this. She was shocked to hear that it took me several years to regain all nerves at my csection scar. But everyone is different and on a different schedule. Nerve regeneration is very complex.
  3. Ultimately depends on what you are having the surgeon do for you....mine says skin is not very heavy. So if you are having just skin removal without lipo I would only plan for a few pounds. If you are getting lipo....totally different story. I had a lower body lift and breast lift and a good amount of skin removed only. It removed 7 pounds.

  10. I always laugh and say that signing up for a diet for the rest of my life is not the easy way. Starting a diet on monday and quitting it by Thursday is the easy way!!

  17. I really enjoy cucumber "chips" and hummus
  18. I have regular coffee and use my vanilla premier protein drink just like it was creamer
  19. Thank you for the replies. I am 3 months post op lost 60 pounds and probably have 40-50 more to go.
  20. I know the skin doesnt pop back into shape but I was curious if there was a time frame that you did notice firming. Trying to determine time frames to get plastics done after I hit goal.
  21. I think it just takes much longer for your brain to adjust to the new you. Positive self talk (as silly as that sounds) will help too.
  22. Breath will get better after you start eating again.
  23. I agree. I was just like you at first. I had to start weighing once a week and writing it on my calendar. It always reads some kind of loss this way and I am happy. When I look back at the calendar it shows how far you have come. Its hard to appreciate the daily .3 loss but a weeks 4 pounds is nice
  24. I use the premier shake as a coffee creamer. I think its pretty good.
  25. Its only for 1st 3 months.
