Calcium pills

I'm sick and tired of driving a half hour away to go to the specialty nutrition store for Calcium and it's too expensive online. Is there anyone that buys from the pharmacy, Target, etc? What do you get? My nutritionist told me only buy the specialty stuff, but that was 2 years ago. I'm sure over-the-counter calcium has evolved since.

I was told to be sure to stick to calcium citrate, which is more easily absorbed. Most over-the-counter supplements are calcium carbonate... Be sure to check the dosage- the labels will often indicate "500mg", but that refers to per-dose of 2 tablets, rather than per tablet...

I use the Walgreens or cvs brand of calcium citrate mini pills. 2 a day. I usually get them on the buy one get one sales.

Here's what I use. It's not expensive or unpleasant tasting at all.

Hello, I use calcium citrate from Sam's Club. Its a huge bottle. Last me four months or so. Good luck

Ciara cal sold all over, I get mine at Walmart.

My Endo prescribes calcium

To me since I had thyroid cancer nearly a year after RNY. You could try the Bariatric chews.

You can buy quickly dissolving calcium citrate at Target. (Target brand). They are pills and work great. Nutritionists appear to be in cahoots with the Bariatric supplement folks, and it pisses me off big time.
