Sugar free mints

I am 9 days post Op..... No matter how much I brush or rinse I can not seem to keep my breath feeling fresh.... If there's one thing I hate is bad breath.... Talking to someone with it therefore I don't want to have it....anyway..... Anyone know if it will be OK to suck on some sugar free mints?

Try biotin it works

I'm using the new sugar free Altoids. They come in peppermint and wintergreen. I also use cinnamon Listerine tongue strips.
