I loved water before surgery, after surgery it made me sick. Now I love it again, but it has to be really cold or I get nauseous.

Did u ever feel as though you are not going to lose anymore weight? I feel so stuck and I'm only 7 weeks out

I definitely would not try it. I lost weight on it before but also lost hair, that's why I stopped it.

Yesterday was a bad day, I don't know why or even how, but I definitely went off the wagon. Has anyone done this? I'm never doing that to my self again!!! Horrible feeling!!!
