  4. Dr teel and his staff are great. I was in and out of surgery within 45 mins. I only had 4 incersions and I was up within an hour of getting to my room, walk walk walk, only way to get the gas out of you really. I needed only 1 or 2 pain meds and I was back at work 3 days later. I know everyone is different but I fou d it really quite easy, not what I was expecting. Dr teel is one of those doctors who is straight to the point with zero bullshit, that's the kind of doctor I like. I really really do highly recommend Dr Teel,I was done and home over night,I was only on Clear liquids for 3 hours then went straight on to full as I was doing well, you will be in super safe quality hands with him. He's so good my girl is having it done by him on Aug 11
  5. I feel awesome, I actually jogged tonight for the 1at time in 20 years, I'm loving the changes. And of course you guys on here have been inspirational since I 1st thought about doing this, this is a result due to many people on here

  8. Im 4 weeks post op and i can eat anything apart from anything breaded or battered which doesnt bother me. Ate out at Red Lobster at the weekend and even though it says for under 12`s only they let me order off the kids menu, tried garlic shrimp and it went down a treat and a small cup of lobster bisque, was awesome. last night i had a small salad with chicken, it had raw peppers, onion, lettuce and spinach... it was a delight. Needless to say eating out is not an issue luckily
