  1. I'm a month out and am experiencing my first stall, but hi honestly its not bothering me. One day at a time :-)
  2. I'm walking 2 miles a day 5 days a week
  3. I had my one month follow up today, I lost 33lbs since surgery.
  4. Went for my 1 month follow up today, I am doing great and I feel awesome!! Best thing I ever did. Lost 33lbs from surgery.

  9. Before surgery all I drank was water, loved it. Now after surgery i get nauseous. So, I talked to my NUT and he said I can drink unsweetened iced tea with lemon, I'm in heaven!!! Good luck

  15. I am 3 weeks post op. I lost 19.4lbs pre op and 17.6lbs since surgery. I also lost some inches but not sure how many.
  16. I have it and yes the covered the surgery. It was a 6 month process.
  17. I would go through your Bariatric Dr, because it would fall on them
  18. I hot mine the day of surgery and everything went well. No worries
  19. too have numbness in my pinky and ring finger, they said if it doesn't go away in a week or two I have to see a neurologist
  20. Honestly I'm full of energy. I wake up like clock work at 6:30 and am not stop til bedtime. But as soon as I wind down in bed I'm beat. Before surgery I would normally stay up til 12-1am. Hang in there, the more you lose the more energy you will have ☺
