Really struggling with self-image and looking at my body objectively today. You'd think that trying on the last of my "skinny" clothes that I'd packed away, only to find that a lot of them are too big, would make me feel good. It did not. I still feel fat, my waist is still thick, I'm still not pretty, and now all the clothes I liked but couldn't fit into are still unwearable.

I am seeing a therapist, @gowalking. I started before my surgery, and I just recently switched to a new one because my therapist left the practice. It's definitely something I'm going to continue to work on.
