I think the real question is why are you being so hateful. Obviously you do not understand her demeanor and she didn't understand your's. She did not mean to offend you I am sure but you Did intend to be rude to her. Every single person who has responded you have had something rude or tacky to say. You need to check your character if you believe that bringing others down will make you feel better. Crisp cheese! Crackers made from cheese!! Expensive (6$ a pop) but I'm thinking its going to be worth it!!

I've never bought them but I have seen them at Kroger in the deli/cheese area. I bet HEB sells them and Central Market. They are a specialty type item at better groceries.

Before the surgery I made my own broth and froze it in ice trays. I also made puréed Soup and froze that in ice trays as well. I just didn't want to have to worry about recipes or cooking after the surgery. sugar free Popsicles were my go to as well and still are. Bariatric pal has been my go to for everything. Good luck with your surgery!

I have had a rough time making the numbers I wanted after surgery. During the all liquids phase I did excellent with my weightloss but it slowed drasticly after I started foods again. I had trouble making it to 64 ounces of Water and meeting the protien recomendations. a little overa week ago I was desperate when I gained 4 lbs in my fourth month so I decided to consume 120+ ounces of water and go over my daily recomended Protein requirments. I lost 11lbs this week!!! I was really affraid I wouldn't lose any more weight but my hope is renewed =) Just wanted to share and encourage anyone who isn't drinking enough water or getting enough protein!

I love Premier Protein shakes, ISO 100 Protein Powder, and offering Probiotics such as PB8 would be nice as well. Body products for skin as well as hair products to help with Hair loss. Would also like to see some fitness items.
