  1. Oh no!! I don't have any advice, just encouragement that it will be worth it in the end. Sorry u are struggling.
  2. Well feeling/looking/ and being sexy all come from within. Even at my biggest I really didn't have a problem with this so I'm not sure how to help. I did just buy some new bright red lipstick and that made me feel smoking hot! Lol it does help that my husband thinks I'm sexy even on my worst days ????paint your nails, paint ur lips and say "damn I'm HOT" ☺️????
  3. Wait I'm keishacoates I guess ????
  4. I stalled for a few weeks!! It was frustrating. But it passes. Just keep doing what u are supposed to do. This week 5 pounds just disappeared but in my 3 week stall I lost like 1-2. Lol it's your body adjusting, all normal.
  5. That is normal at 4 weeks. I bobble up and down 2 pounds all the time. Also at least once a month (my cycle) i gain 2-4 pounds. Don't stress the numbers
  6. Low carbs will cause this. Carbohydrates fuel and heat the body. I have never been cold natured. I freeze since my surgery.
  7. But I could not eat say 3/4 cup of just chicken. Way too dense.
  8. I am 7 weeks out and I eat more than 1/4 cup. Lol have been forever. like dinner tonight I had 2oz grilled chicken 5 thin and crispy tostitos and 2 teaspoons of a light sour cream salsa mixture. That's easily 3/4 cup.
  9. It just takes a while. It will pass when u start getting real food. I was sleeved on 10/23. I still have days I am fatigued. Our bodies are still adjusting. It was much better starting at about 6 weeks out.
  10. That's fantastic! Keep it up!!
  11. KUDDOS to both of u beautiful ladies on a job well done! Keep it up!
  12. I cut almost all bad carbs and starches.
  13. Thx ladies! This week I lost 2 more so im hopeful that the mean stall is gonna start moving again!! ????????????
  14. I too am scared of this. I just try to get my protein and vitamins in. My hair has ALWAYS fallen out in thick clumps. But it constantly grows back and I have plenty of it still. I'm only 7 weeks PO so far so good. Just my normal any when I wash my hair. But knowing it stops offers some condolence.
  15. I think it's hilarious. Lighten up people my god! We all need a giggle! Don't like it, don't read it. Geesh.
  16. I am a designer/seamstress for little girls dresses, I can't wait till I can make myself a cute little dress! I refuse to make something big enough to fit me now! Lol
  17. I've always been a Priss. Lol sooo no that hasn't gotten worse after surgery. I always looked good at my heaviest too... ????
  18. I will be right with u fine diva ☺️ good thing we have this place to keep inspiration!
  19. I bought Hershey darks sugar free. I treat myself when I need to go #2! Lol gets my bowels moving so it's my justification ☺️
  20. babbs im not worried per say. Just that it all happened so early and just seemed to STOP. MY SW was 275 CW 242. I'm 4'11.5". My BMI was like 53! Just thought the 1st 50 pounds would be super easy as I'm SO fat ???? by no means am I ungrateful for what I have lost already, nor will it throw me off my plan and my pushing forward
  21. I threw up for my 1st time at 7 weeks! Not sure why, maybe over ate? Mine was just mucous. No chunks of food. Was really weird. I got really bad indigestion. So I started taking medicine for it and it hasn't happened again.
