Before And After Gastric Sleeve Surgery Photos
- november sleevers.
I was sleeved Nov 19th...- Post op diet... Low carb
I can have the stuff from the last two weeks which includes yogurt, cottage cheese, oatmeal, scrambled eggs, tuna, crackers, toast, mashed potatoes, soft cooked pasta, flaky fish, soft fruit, soft cooked vegetables, hummus, beans and legumes and soup as long as I drain all the broth... I always pick the eggs, tuna, cottage cheese because they are high protein but I thought it was weird that I could have pasta already.. And honestly there are a lot of carbs listed in what I'm allowed to have right now..- Post op diet... Low carb
I was just asking because my doctor seems to have a very different diet than most. I started my week 4 food that is allowed and it all seems to be carbs. I want to try something new but I really want to avoid carbs..- Post op diet... Low carb
Did you start from day one with low carb or during the phases did you just eat what you could and switch to low carb high protein once you were able to eat anything??- Hungry!
I hope so. I see my doctor tomorrow so I hope he has something good to tell me!! It's got to be better!!!- Hungry!
My doctor has a very different post op diet from the other that I see, he does not want calorie drank so when I started eggs he makes us stop proton supplements.- Hungry!
Hi. I'm three weeks post op from my sleeve and I don't think I have ever felt that full feeling. This past Saturday my doctors diet allowed me to start scrambled eggs and tuna fish. I measure out my food but have never felt that full feeling others talk about. I am also so hungry I think I could eat my couch? Is this all normal??- Protein Drink That Isn't Sweet?
