  1. I'm almost 6 and I eat 800 or less a day.
  2. Should work. Don't go too crazy on the cheese though. Good luck!
  3. I only drink the premier protein ready made shakes in chocolate. I tried muscle milk this week because they were out of mine. NOT the same so I'm happy to report my hubs brought mine home today! I've been drinking them since pre-op stage.
  4. I had pretty bad pain the first day at home so they called me in a stronger pain pill which worked extremely well. You may want to ask. Hopefully that nausea medication is going to help her.
  5. I have some stuff I need to give away I was going to make a post and give it away for free as long as someone pays the shipping but I haven't got to it. I just bought a size 14 NYDJ (not your daughter jeans) they retail for over 100 bucks. Two weeks later to dang big!! I went back and bought a size 12 now these are just laying on my dresser......they need to go to a good home.
  6. Good as gross as it sounds you can get rid of a lot of weight that way.
  7. My husband is muscular and in shape....nothing has changed that I'm aware of still just as in love maybe more so because I feel better. Our Anniversary is next week (Easter) We are going to a nice B&B in Eureka Springs Arkansas that next weekend. We will see how the sexy lingerie fitting goes?
  8. Lol! Congratulations!
  9. Water with crystal light mixed in sometimes but I try to stay plain water with lemon or lime juice.
  10. I always eat something first and then I take my multivitamin, biotin, b-12, super b complex, iron & folic acid in the morning. I take my calcium separate later in the day.
  11. If you have eggs mix a small amount of milk in them to make them fluffy and lighter.
  12. Lots and lots of water, low sodium, carbs, sugar, calories. I would eat lean meats chicken and fish, & green vegetables. If you need to take something to Empty the Bowles.
  13. I didn't have any problems with purée (mine was purée /mushy) I eat things like refried beans and ricotta bake, baby food just take it slow.
  14. Yes I do that now and I'm 5+ months pre-op. One day I eat certain things with no problem and the next time it's a no go.
  15. @@Shell88 Yes you defiantly do need to go back if you can't drink. Have you tried coconut water?
  16. Well dang! I hope you start feeling better soon
  17. I always do protein first so I average 20 or less a day (after subtracting out fiber) Ask your nutritionist what they prefer though!
  18. Tiny tummys are big mouths!
  19. Hope your feeling better!
  20. I would go back to the basics and if you need to set up a appointment with your surgeon then do that too.
  21. Well are you dealing now?
