Confused need some advice!

I ate about 8 teaspoon size portions of mince the other night which I am allowed to eat now but today I can't eat even 2 teaspoon size portions? Is this normal??? I'm 15 days post

I found, especially in the early days that my level of restriction would be stronger some days than others. I notice it less now, but even at 2 and a half years out, it still happens sometimes. I wouldn't worry unless you have problems with things getting stuck or vomiting, or intolerance to food.

Yes I do that now and I'm 5+ months pre-op. One day I eat certain things with no problem and the next time it's a no go.

You're still very early on - your body is still healing. Make sure you follow your doc/nut guidelines for portion size and listen to your body.

I'm 18 months out and I still have days where I can eat more than others.
