HELP wind/gurgling noises

Hi

I had sleeve surgery on 13th and so I am 5days post op and although I am miles better I have these obscene noises (bit like when Ur tummy rumbles when Ur hungry) in my stomach area Everytime I have a mouth of liquid and for an hour after! It's so bad that mum can hear it across the room! Is this normal??

HA! not sure about others, but that is very normal for me. Most nights when I go to bed, I lay there as quiet as a mouse and my stomach starts up. Hubby and I bust up laughing every time.

I'm over a month out and still have it quite a bit. It's gotten better though - I'm told that as we learn better and better how to avoid swallowing minute bits of air, we'll feel better and better. Eventually they say it stops.
