  1. I would say if you are going to try to lose 160 lbs then yes you will probably defiantly have lose skin. I don't see any possible way to avoid it BUT on the bright side if you do lose that much you will be so much healthier it shouldn't even matter...if you can't stand it plastic surgery is always an option! Good luck to you!

  9. If you have a way to measure do it. You don't want to get sick and that sick can sneak up on you! It's good that your tolerating food that early out.
  10. Our bodies react in crazy ways...I didn't have any Bp issues but my Blood sugar sky rocketed! I've NEVER had any blood sugar issues. They had to give me insulin every 4 hours then right before I went home It dropped and I had to drink OJ. Hopefully your body will just settle down. Yuck swallow test!!! 14. I take chewable Nature's Plus multi-vitamins with minerals in pineapple flavor! Most multivitamins make me deathly ill after I take them so I was scared To death to take any but these have never made me sick! I had to order them from vita-shop on line. They aren't cheap 90 for 24.00 or 180 for 45.00 compared to say wal-mart but They are powerful!
  15. Yay! Good luck! That waiting is nerve racking!
  16. I just wanted to tell you congrats! As far as the rest I have nothing. I wrote down A list of every question I had and took it to my appointment with me and checked them off the list as I asked. I knew if I didn't take a list I would forget something. So...if you need to make a physical list do it!

  18. Welcome! It sounds like you know what you want! Good luck with the insurance, I hope you get a quick approval so you can come on over to the losers bench! Your baby sounds like a little blessing !
  19. You'll be ok don't take it so hard. The reason why some of us lose so much pre-op is because we are on such a strict pre-op diet. I lost 16 lbs in two weeks but I was ONLY allowed 4 Protien shakes a day plus broth, sugar free Popsicles and Sugar free jello...nothing else! I didn't get any food at all. Some people like yourself are still allowed foods so try not to judge your pre-op weigh loss on anyone else's.
