  14. 1) your probably not going to get all the required protein in first thing. Try some isopure ready made clear drinks if you can find them they have 40grams per bottle and aren't milky. 2) try some Mirlax 3)Don't! Just NO! I'm virtually smacking your hand - 4)It probably itches because it's healing. 5)Wait until your comfortable with the idea, if you think your stomach hurts now lord have mercy! And you CANT have a cigarette So really what's the point??! J.j lol!!!
  15. I didn't have any of that extra testing done. Just labs. I am "healthy" though, besides being overweight so it wasn't necessary. It may not be necessary for you to go through all that either.
  16. That's good! I'm well over a month out and water is just difficult still! I can drink shakes and eat food faster than water. I force Myself to drink at least three 16oz a day and it takes FOREVER! It's just odd! So be happy. If your worried about restriction don't be, just wait till you hit that regular food!
  17. It's really hard to get it all in at first. Give it a few more weeks. You should probably call your Dr though and Let them know.
