    Clear liquids.... Isopure, Water, crystal light, Vitamin water, life water, pedialyte, Gatorade, Powerade, Soup broths. Most people do sugar free everything but I couldn't because artificial sweeteners hurt my sleeve.

    Full liquids.... Same as above plus Protein drinks, diluted/strained cream Soups, drinkable yogurt. And I added unflavored Protein powder to all of my soups.
