  1. @@sbtanewme Hi, what is it that you are eating? Are your calories mainly from protein drinks? How are you measuring your food?
  2. @@HawaiianTexan Every other day is not good enough If your having acid, did you tell your surgeon? I take Omeprazole 20mg every morning and he ok'd me to take two a day if I needed because twice I felt that burn. What mg are you taking? I'm not going to tell you to take meds but If it were me I would be taking those puppy's daily until you call Monday and check. You shouldn't be hurting when you have a medication specifically for acid.
  3. No but mine used a 38 so mm smaller. I have really good restriction and I've lost 30 lbs in 5 weeks. The bougie sizes are just an estimate there's a lot of different techniques that the surgeons can do that make it smaller ect. @@sbtanewme
  4. Meat and cheese plates! Boiled eggs, chicken and tuna salad, any lean protein really. If your not sick of soups they can be a good option. I really like the P3 packs that have the meat cheese and nuts. They are small and perfect size.
  5. What a lovely feeling huh!? I love not having to focus soooo much on food all the time!
  6. @@Spooney Ha! I had that same question! I don't think I ever really got an answer, seeing as how they are a liquid that's how I treated them. The not drinking water is in part to help not push the food through so fast to where you can eat more so protein drinks won't be an issue....I don't think.
  7. @@mnmlst Congratulations girl!
  8. Kids are so funny you just want to slap their little faces sometimes ; )- ha! I made my son (4 at the time) a tire swing last summer and as soon as it was ready he cheerfully informed me that I couldn't ride on it because my "butt was too bigger" I must admit I did bust up laughing and he was almost telling the truth my butt is big but it's a huge tire my butt would have fit...I think : )@@TatorTot I guess he was just stating the obvious. Try not to let it bother you to little kids we are big even when "normal" size.
  9. Premier protien shakes in chocolate 2 months straight and I still love them!
  10. I use the "lose it" app.
  11. Well that stinks but hopefully they will speed the appeal along. They are pretty serious about that smoking. Good luck!
  12. @@kimpossible67 Yea it can be but it makes so many little servings you could probably cut the list in half. I haven't made it since my surgery but I did when I was doing low carb Atkins back in the day. It's fantastic and eventually I will make it again once I'm farther down this road. I have gone 6 weeks without any type of "sweets" at all. I want my body use to not having a desert type food.
  13. You can eat then track what you actually eat or I use the "lose it "app and I go in and readjust it When I need too...which is quit often.
  14. Congrats on the fast approval!
