  1. I was sleeved on 10/09/2014. I feel great. I am struggling since I have returned to work. I work 6am to 6pm. I am falling back into my old habits with NOT prepping for meals at work. Since I work these long hours 3 to 5 days a week, this means that I need to bring 3 meals. So when the co workers want to order out, I find that I will order something. Two things I realize is that 1 it's a waste of money and 2nd it's not what is real healthy and that I find I try to eat too much. On a positive note: They will order off the kids menu for me. it's usually subway, I remove the bread or Qudoba's kids bowl, lite on the rice. I'm tired of shakes 3 times a day too. What items do you bring? Thanks for the help!
