  1. I don't have that issue but it sounds like a good question to ask your nutritionist. Maybe a clear Protein like the isopure?
  2. lol! I've never heard that! I take small bites but I'm not sure they equal out to half my thumb nail!
  3. Wow ok that's a little sporadic but Yay!!!
  4. Maybe it's because some people use a lot of sugar and junk which then makes it into a big cup of empty calories...or maybe because it can dehydrate you and they want you to be hydrated in the beginning when it's hardest?
  5. You won't die : )- I do decaf tea but I suppose if it were absolutely necessary I would drink some. I'm not even sure the reason why we aren't suppose to. My surgeon just said not now, while I'm healing so I don't know if it a lifetime thing or not?
  6. @@Stevehud Its rude and classless to refer to someone as "fat"! There are much better way to comment/congratulate someone on losing weight without using that word! Would it be ok to tell someone who had plastic surgery "oh wow I almost didn't recognize you now that your not ugly!"? The word fat is a derogatory term for most people (especially women). Maybe I just have a little more class than that along with giving a hoot about people's feelings. I know I don't want to be called fat now and I sure as hell won't take it as a compliment later I don't care If it is "true" I'm not "hiding" anything I'm living my life and I refuse to be acknowledge by a size! Oh and Ps: dying your hair is a chemical change not a physical change, so as not to be confused with weight loss!
  7. The p3 snacks are also good. They have a small meat, cheese, and nuts. I get mine at Walmart by the lunchables....
  8. My surgeon says to up your calories....but your body is probably just adjusting to the new food. You may not be showing on the scale but are your clothes getting lose? Are you working out and maybe gaining muscle?
  9. Quest bars
  10. Sending prayers for a quick recovery! Good luck tomorrow!!
  11. @@sweeteyes504 Oh then I don't know. I don't use the phone version...sorry!
  12. Calling someone fat in pre or in past tense form is plain rude! I wouldn't take that as a compliment I would take that as ignorance! So apparently that's just how said person saw you. What an ass! But yay for your awesome accomplishment! I'm sure you look stunning!
  13. Which isopure? The clear liquid bottles or powder mix? I had the clear bottles the first days following surgery. I only cared for the apple-melon and alpine punch (super cold) I won't say they taste great but they served the purpose. I have muscle milk samples but never used them. I'm a premier protein junkie and I intent on staying that way for now ; )-@@Stephie76
  14. @@tfarr You just tell them whatever you feel comfortable with, you can't worry about what people will say or think. Grown people are going to say and do as they please and really who cares?! You made a life choice for yourself not your co-workers. You have the prerogative to tell what you wish.
  15. Nope but congrats on getting a date! Exciting huh!?
  16. @@practicalshopper Thanks for sharing your experience. I'm sure it can Help a newbie even though everyone's experience is different BUT I can 100% agree with the horrific barium swallow test and I have yet to find anyone who has enjoyed it! PUKE!!!!
  17. Thanks for sharing!
  18. Well glad your feeling better!
  19. No worries it will continue to get better just hang in there!
  20. @@losing.it.lulu Thanks for the link I got to watch one video. I like the apple melon isopure...it's the only one I could really stand.
