  1. I was able to do Deli lunch meat. Lean smoked Ham went down well.
  2. I was just able to ly on my right side, but not for very long. I have slept on my back, but since surgery I have to. I have pain mostly on my right side. They said that's where the fluid is. Idk I'm a little frustrated.
  3. I am 2 weeks out today. I had the sleeve Jan 28th.

  5. Bentonville girl here!
  6. I'm also having the feelings about the going out to eat with hubby. We've already discussed how we will have to order in the future. You'll be OK.
  7. I was sleeved on 1/28. I was the same way. I had been waiting since Aug. 14th to have surgery. With the classes and then 2 week pre-op diet it started to sit in a few days before my surgery. Totally normal. I was nervous about being put to sleep, but the anesthesiologist was so good to put me at ease before I walked into OR to lying back upon the bed that I would be having surgery on. I was out within 1 min. My surgery lasted 50 min. and recovery was an hour. I'm 2 weeks out and so glad I did it and you will be too.
  8. For those who were sleeved before me did you have the pain I'm having from retaining fluid like I'm having when attempting to stand? I was told this could last 4-6 weeks. I hope not. I return to work in 2 weeks.

  16. It's $8 at the WM here in Wichita. I'd rather stick to my Atkins. It's less $ and tastes a little better to me. I tried it though at least.

  20. My surgery date is January 28th and I'm excited and nervous all at the same time! I just want to get it over with! :/
  21. @@KimRn1999 where can you buy Rocking Refuel??
  22. I really like the Atkins Shakes. They're each 15 grams of protein. Which means I'd have to drink at least 4 a day? :/ I'm just looking to see what people like and if they tried anything that they don't recommend.
