My Dr was Dr. Verboonen. Am very happy with my results. No problems at all.

I used Dr Verboonen! Loved him. And the hotel was amazing! I think the name was the Grand Tijuana Hotel

I talked to my family Dr. Before I went and she agreed to do my follow up visits. lab testing at 3 months, 6 months and a year. If I would have had major complications I would have just went to the ER.

I have the same Bariatric Advantage Vitamins can not stand them.

I also am hungry a lot. I have been eating wheat thins for a snack and I think that may be sabotaging me. Now I am craving them. Have been stuck at 141 for a couple of weeks. Any suggestions?

Core power is the best tasting one I've found. 26 grams of protien in the regular and 20 in the light.

I think its very hard. I an 5 months out and really want a drink while eating. I sip cause I really have to dink while eating.

My mom did the same thing! Before we even got home she "accidentally" posted my incision pictures on Facebook. I wanted to scream! She knew no one was to know about my surgery. Oh well I have decided its my body, my money and my decision! I don't care what anyone says.

I also had heartburn before but have had none since surgery.4 months post op

Niquil is what I take when I can't sleep.

Not really sure when it happened but one day I could eat better. Sorry that's not much help.
