  8. Thanks for your help. I have done pretty good with what I take. A multi, b-12, vitamin d, biotin, iron and calcium. I don't take iron like I should. I tend to forget. All my levels test out great I was just wondering what all everyone else has to take:)
  9. I am almost one year out on July 23. Just curious what vitamins you all are taking? I have a dr appointment soon and sure he will go over everything that I need to continue.

  15. I had RNY July 23 2014. Everything was going well and then I was having a lot of pain in my abdomen. Long story short he couldn't find anything so he wanted to do Exploratory And look so I did, it was twisted bowels and a lot of scar tissue. He fixed me up and I felt much better. It was Due to losing weight so fast. So everything went well and then this month I had a gallbladder attack, very painful had to go back in and have it removed. So I have had 3 yes 3 laparoscopic surgeries in a year. I feel great. I am in pretty good shape I think but it has not been a problem for me. I just make sure to take my vitamins and exercise to keep strong. I wish you lots of luck. Starting weight 277 Surgery weight 266 Currently 169
  16. Surgery date - July 23,2014 Starting weight 276 Surgery date 267 Current weight 169 Happy I finally took the time for me. I have a great support at home and hope I'm not done yet????
  17. I have slacked off with my diet and water intake. Today is the day I am getting back in control. Now with that said I haven't done that bad but I will not go backwards. We work way to hard. I like the way I feel. I like the things I can do now! Forward on!!! ☺️
  18. Had RNY July 13 2014 almost a year out. Im very happy. I have not been losing anymore weight at all for a few months. I really want to lose about 10 more pounds. Any ideas on how to jump start losing again? I walk at least 5 days a week about 4 miles. I could do better on my diet. Ideas??
  19. Good luck! Best thing you can do for yourself ! I'm thankful. Walk as much as you can. Drink water
  20. Wow! My rny gastric bypass was 7/23/14. I have done great except I have had these same pains on my left side. Went in because my dr thought it was a obstruction he cleaned up scar tissue and made sure everything was good. guess what I'm still having these pains. It's not daily but it's pretty often. It last a while everything is good and then it hits and I double over in pain. It hurts to walk or move. Is this the same signs you had ? Please keep me posted I have a ton of questions now :/
  21. I had the Mirena IUD done. It will last 5 years. No problems so far. I don't have a period no weight gain for me. Everything seems to be good. I have had it for 3 months now.
  22. Thank you! I will be getting some tomorrow! Good grief I'm not even tired at all!
  23. So I am 6 months out. Everything has been going well but now all the sudden I can't sleep. I don't even know if there is something I can take over the counter to help.
  24. I have a call in to dr but was just wondering
