Lol yes when your approved try skinny pop popcorn only 39 calories per cup .

Popcorn was touted as a very healthy snack back during the high carb diet era. These days it's pretty much considered empty calories.

That said, if you plan for it and meet your nutritional needs sure you can eat it on occasion. I'm almost a year and a half out below goal and I enjoy it once a month or so

I eat it all the time. Started about 3 months out without issue.
