  4. 184 today. Very slow!
  5. I drink crystal light daily and am still getting them! I still haven't passed them and I'm miserable. It's my weekend to work and I'm barely making it through. 12 hours on your feet with kidney stone pain is the worst! Thanks all!
  6. Dr said she has seen this happen to pt that have had WLS. I have to have another CT scan done to see how many stones are left. She may have to go in and get them. She advised me to drink more water. She said it could be the extra protein in my diet causing them. I just want this to be over!!
  7. I'm 7 months out and am down 102 lbs. I went from 286 to 184. My goal is 160.
  8. I'm at the urologist right now. We will see what they say. I'm ready to be done with this!
  9. I don't drink any Gatorade or soda. Only water and crystal light. Maybe it is just the rapid weight loss. I read that a high protein can cause kidney stones.
  10. Anyone suffer with kidney stones after the sleeve? I'm 7 months out and I'm having my second bout with kidney stones in 2 weeks. Have never had them before. The pain is horrible. I'm seeing a urologist tomorrow. My fellow nurse co workers think it's all the protein I consume.
  11. 185- no change this week ????
  12. 185 this week. Yay!
  13. I haven't had a good week cause I'm suffering with horrible kidney stones but I have this dress in my closet that I was dying to get into. I have a wedding to go to Saturday. Well, the dress is now too big
  14. I go back and forth. I try to do twice a week but sometimes it's more. I stay off completely around my period. I've become obsessed with the scale at different parts of this. It's not a good thing! Ideally, I would like to weigh once a week until I hit my goal but I get too curious during the week.
  15. I will be 7 months out next week and I'm down 98 lbs.
  16. I had deli turkey around 4-5 weeks out. It was allowed on my plan starting at 4 weeks.
  17. At almost 7 months out, I still struggle with this. I've lost 97 lbs and I still have days where I feel fat. I'm working on my self image but it's hard!
  18. I still have 1 every day. Usually in the morning when I get to work or if I'm off I have one right after I exercise.
  19. 191. Only 1 lb loss.
  20. I liked them early out. NO Alpine Punch!
  21. I had to make a copy of mine yesterday and was amazed at how fat I looked! My license expires in June and I'll definitely be taking a new pic. I have to give my license when I go to my kids school and there was a lady at the desk who is not the regular secretary. She kept looking at the license and looking at me. I could tell she wanted to ask me but she didn't.
  22. My first purée was scrambled egg and my first solid was rotisserie chicken.
