How often do all of you weigh in? I'm finding that weighing is frustrating as it can be a bit inconsistent. Overall I'm still losing, but watching the scale is an emotional roller coaster. My instinct tells me to let it go, weigh once or twice a week (at the same time of day), however with all this change and newness maybe I should be hyper focused on that particular metric. Thoughts?
