When I did hcg injections, I could only eat 5 different items and only 500 calories. I lost 40 pounds. I don't think that's a good combo with sleeve. Just my opinion.

Benefit in with any liquid you drink. Works smoothly and no taste. Benefiber.

Thank you for posting the stall article. It helped alleviate my anxiety with my stall. They state to keep carbs at 50g per day. Does that include fruit? Which shows up as carbs.

I had to take Prilosec at night before bed or would wake up so nauseated and have to Run to the bathroom. It helped.

Just passed the 4 week post op mark. I haven't lost anything in the last week. I'm so discouraged right now. Any advice?

I posted a couple of days ago that the hunger pains were nasty. Had post op visit yesterday. Apparently normal for some. Thought maybe it was gastric juices. I took my Gaviscon granules at night before bed. Woke up without the hunger pains!

Okay, had my post op today. Asked Dr. Pesta about the hunger pains. I'm stick with it. Requires more discipline then because I could want to eat more than allowed. Not happy. They hurt. Truly hoping it's a stomach acid thing that would calm down later. Oh well, losing so happy.

Had my sleeve April 2. Going for first post op tomorrow. Hoping to get off the blended food. I'm helping to plan our 50th class reunion this year. That's not the reason but the inspiration. I weighed 251 day after sleeve. Today 237. Working. Having to push the water though.

Hello! In Michigan and had Dr. pesta do my sleeve April 2, 2015. Looking forward to your posts of successful journeys, advice, helpful hints etc. surgery was uneventful however came down with the flu 3 days later. Dehydrated and ended up at hospital for ivs. Going good now!

My sleeve was April 2. Down 14 from when I came home. Concerned I have hunger pains. Anyone else dealing with this?
