  1. I don't handle spicy food well. I avoid it.
  2. I rarely eat fruit. I'd rather eat a snack that has protein in it.
  3. Ok thanks. I will do that! Good luck with yours!
  4. I think you need to up your calories a bit and you're protein. My dr recommended this before when I was stalling and it works. I get about 100 grams of protein a day and 800-1000 calories depending on the day.
  5. I went through a phase a couple weeks ago where the scale just wasn't moving. I am 6 months, 2 weeks out as well. In the last week, it has picked up again. I've heard the closer you get to your goal, the harder it becomes. I just continue to do what I'm supposed to do. It is very frustrating though so I completely understand!
  6. Started in 22-24 pants and 2x-3x top. 6 months later and I'm in size 14 pants and L top.
  7. It's funny you post this. Just had 6 month blood work and my liver enzymes were elevated. Now I have to have an ultrasound.
  8. Today's weight- 192 Goal- 182
  9. Thanks. I'm 34 (almost 35) and my surgery weight was 268. I did lose 18 of my 95 in the 2 week liquid phase prior to surgery. I want to lose about 30 more.
  10. Do most insurances cover this? I have no idea if mine does.
  11. I thought that too at the beginning. Now here I am at 6 months out and down 95 lbs. stick to the plan and have patience. It will work if you do what you're supposed to do. Good luck!
  12. I'm 6 months out and I feel like my hunger has increased. However, I don't give in to it. It's scary though.
  13. 34 and I should have done this 5 years ago!!!!
  14. I hit my goal of 195 a day late today. Does that count? Lol!
  15. 196. Missed goal by 1 lb. I'm bummed but I'll get over it.
  16. Thank you! I'm in!
  17. I have no problems with it.
  18. The beginning was all emotional for me. It's hard. Hang in there. You will get through it.
  19. I'll be hosting the next challenge; Susan is incredibly busy and these challenges really help me too! The next challenge will start the Monday after this one is completed, April 13. It's going to run until Memorial Day. I'll be creating the thread soon! Keep a lookout for the link =) Great! So glad to hear!!! Thanks!
  20. My arms are my problem although they are getting better with the weight lifting.
  21. It totally depends on how much you have to lose like everyone else is saying. I'm 6 months out and down 91 lbs. I have 35 lbs to go to get to my goal. I expect to hit that before a year if everything keeps going like it is now.
  22. Thanks for all your hard work Susan!! When is the next challenge? They really help me.
  23. 197 today. 2 lbs to go. Hope I make it!
