Liver levels on bloodwork

Has anyone's liver levels risen since having surgery? Mine were always normal and I just had bloods drawn and they were significantly elevated. I work for a gastro doc so in two weeks we are gonna repeat with other tests and hope it was a fluke. I am 8 weeks post op

    Mine were elevated and they found out that I gallstones blocking my cystic duct. I had to have several ERCPs to clear them.

    It's funny you post this. Just had 6 month blood work and my liver enzymes were elevated. Now I have to have an ultrasound.
