  1. 166 again! I haven't lost anything in forever. I'm very frustrated. The thing that's killing me is that I haven't eaten one bad thing!!!
  2. I had elevated at 6 months post op. Did an ultrasound and everything was fine. They said it was from the rapid weight loss.
  3. Same as others. I'm a nurse and a lot of my co workers knew about the surgery. When I went back to work, I was 45 lbs down. The people that knew did comment. Others noticed but I think they were afraid to comment. When I got to the 70-75 lb mark, the comments were frequent!
  4. I started the process in late June and was sleeved sept 30.
  5. Same.....166 Can I change my goal to 164? Thanks!
  6. Thanks!!! I hope you're right. The scale is just not moving at all. It's aggravating.
  7. I'm 10.5 months out and down 120 lbs. My weight loss slowed a lot after I hit 9 months out. I've been so frustrated with it. I'm doing everything I'm supposed to. I'm 6 lbs from goal and just can't seem to get there!
  8. Hmmm! Wonder if I need to do the same. I eat one daily. I've been stalled as well.
  9. I have this fear daily!!!! This is why I have yet to cheat. Not even one little bite of something bad. I'm terrified of gaining it back. Also, I'm 6 lbs from goal and it's driving me insane to get there!
  10. I'm going with the same 166. I'm on my cycle and refuse to step on the scale!!!!
  11. I do. My HR has been in the 50's since I had surgery. Resting HR the other day was 53. It's not something to be too concerned over.
  12. I eat Greek yogurt daily. I like the Dannon light and fit but I love the fage plain Greek and I add almonds. It's delicious!
  13. I'm 10 months out and can't tolerate spicy food too well. I stay away. Only thing I have issues with.
  14. I'm an ER RN. I'm 10 months out. Had to take 6 weeks off because of the lifting and moving that we do. Everyone at work knows and knew about my surgery. My co workers have all been extremely supportive. I've never felt judged at all. They have been a huge part of this process for me.
  15. Weighing in early....168 It's moving. Slowly but I'll take it!
  16. 169 today. Only a pound but I'm happy because I've been stalled for 3 weeks!
  17. Thanks ladies. I'll keep yall posted.
  18. Do you eat fruit? Every now and then I will half of a banana with some almond butter. For some reason, I feel guilty every time I do it though!
  19. Hmm. I'm so afraid to have any of that. Obviously what I'm doing isn't working. I'm on my period right now. If I don't drop any more after I finish it, I'm going to try adding something. Thanks!
  20. Seems like we are in similar situation. How far out are you? I do cardio and weights. I meet with a trainer once a week. I run but haven't been running as much because the heat is horrible here. The carbs I get are from Greek yogurt, Protein bars, veggies. I don't eat any bread, rice, Pasta, potatoes. I've never even had a bite of those. Never had a bite of dessert. I'm frustrated because I want to be at goal!!!! Lol
  21. I am 10 lbs from goal and I've been in a stall for the past almost 3 weeks. I've been bouncing around 170-172. 160 is my goal. I'm almost 10 months out. I log everything and get 100 grams of protein a day. I only eat good carbs and I watch everything. Now I do work out 4 times a week and my workouts are getting more intense. I do find I eat more now but it's all good stuff that I'm eating. What gives? Could I be done losing? I'm starting to freak out a little.
  22. I think the thing that people don't realize is that we really must focus on protein in the beginning. That makes people the most successful in this process.
  23. I go through this too. In fact, my husband told me yesterday he was tired of hearing me say I'm fat. Lol.
