  4. Thank you all! I feel great and at the end of the day I did this for me! Just a little disappointing.
  5. So I'm a teacher and I had the sleeve surgery done the day after school was out for the summer. None of my co workers know about it. I am 2 months post op and down 30 lbs. I start back to work next week but went in today to set up. I saw a couple of my co workers and not one of them mentioned anything about my weight loss:/ has anyone else experienced this???
  6. I am 6 weeks post op. I am on stage 4 and I feel like I have a lump in my throat and a pain in my chest whenever I eat grilled chicken or any kind of meat( soft meat, not steak). I'm careful to cut small pieces and chew well. Is this normal? Temporary?
  7. I have been on Metformin since 2012, when I left the hospital after surgery 6/25/15, they sent me home without it:)
  8. I had my sleeve surgery on June 25, I am now on Stage 3, soft food. Is salad ok to eat?
