  11. Hi everyone, Just banded on October 24th. I am on Protein shakes and Water only. I am doing ok, but I miss my Sushi. I started with the Protein Shakes 2 weeks before the surgery and lost 20lbs befoer banding. I have lost 10lbs since banding and am looking forward to continuing to lose. I almost lost hope during the long days after the surgery with the water, but am finally feeling like a human being again. I am so excited to find this site and hopefully make some friends who can share in similar journeys. :bounce::banana
  12. Hi I just got my band on last Wednesday 10/24. Had a rough go with the water over the weekend, but got to have a shake today. I feel so much better today even having a shake and a vitamin. Can't wait to start my soft foods though. I :clap2::clap2:Keep dreaming about Sushi!
  13. I was really expecting to feel better after the surgery, but It has been 4 days and I still feel less than human. I am also having a pain in the middle of my chest. Did anyone else have this, should I be worried?
