I was banded on 10/25 and will be on the liquid/protein post-op diet for three weeks. I can have decaf coffee with fat free milk, please check with your doctor.

Hang in there, its only a few weeks out of the rest of your new life.

I know that two weeks is not a long time when you look at the scope of things. I think that my problem is that today was my first day back at work and Middle school kids are hard to deal with when you have no caffine. I will hold out though!!
