Yes it is comon when you lose that much weight that fast. Fast WL shocks the body and thats when you start to shed. I started losing my hair at 5 months out and it started growing back at 9 months. I lost a TON of hair... I was in tears. There's no meds that will help regrow it, its just time that your body needs to adjust....so hang in there. It will grow back so don't worry... but it is devistating to say the least.

30 - 45 minutes usually for lunch, but thats when I'm eating my heaviest of Protein (tuna & salad) my friends are usually tapping their fingers by then LOL. It varies from meal to meal depending on what I eat.

Size 18 my legs easily crossed. But my legs were first to lose the weight....belly is still hanging on to all that fat lol.

Well howdeeeeeeeeee ! I pop in here yesterday and the dang place was closed... WTF??? LBT must realize when my boss is away...this fat cat wants to play Mandy cute costume !! we got so much candy it isn't funny ....burp~ Beanie congrats on being almost at the twoosies... come on chicklet, you can do it. Pat, I'm like you.... its hard to catch up with everyone so I'm gonna start a clean slate w/y'all. I miss you all so much. Things have been hairy lately and I feel like hiding LOL. I went for a fill today.... first one in 6 big fat freakin months. I don't know if you all remember me saying my doc was getting a new intern/doc there to do the fills back in May... well he did. And I didn't want to be a guinea pig so i waited this long to get a fill. Girls, this guy was wonderful, I didn't feel the needle and he got it on the first shot.... ohhhhhhhhhh and get this crap.... he actually has a personality and was friendly...like normal friendly haaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa !!!! me likey !!! Went to the gyno for my results of the ultrasound I had 3 weeks ago...you remember the technician that *F* up my back. Well the gyno results are normal...nuthin but air there !!!! I did tell the office mangager about the technician just incase she is hurting others. DH's father isn't doing well.... he's in the hospital with pneumonia and a broken wrist...??? don't ask. Anyway...........get this crap.... the SOCIAL WORKER tells my DH that SHE doesn't think my FIL will make it but only a few months......... GEE I DIDN'T KNOW SOCIAL WORKERS WERE GOD!!! or even allowed to say such a thing to a patient. I mean the doctors didn't even tell us that... Pat this one's for you...... "WTF" ??????? Didn't I tell you it was hairy around here LOL !!! I've been eating so much candy I'm starting to like my own farts.....its like baking brownies in my house anymore. I'm not gaining weight but I'm not losing either *shrug* I can't part with my stash either.... halloween didn't help. The only saving grace is I can't eat today b/c of the fill haaaaaaa. I can't wait to get home tonight and get in my PJ's and relax. Watcha all doing this weekend? anything FUN!!! IRA !!!! hows your wife? did she have surgery??? I had my surgery at Hackensack and Dr. Ballantyne is the head of surgery there. He was WONDERFUL!!!!!! I'm very please with it all.

Good Morning Chicklets :hug: My PC was playing funny games on me this morning, I had to keep restarting it *#%^%)!#!^!~~~ I am going for a fill next Friday, I'm eating way to much and not losing an ounce... my fault, I'd lose if I ate carrots instead of chocolate but I can eat ALOT. New doctor doing the fills ((I'm gonna chit in my pants until its over)) LOL. My back is alot better, I had to stop the pain meds b/c it gave me such wicked pain in my stomach.. I'm thinking its because I had to cut it up. I still am having a hard time sitting, and the pain can be quite sharp...its painful where the hip meets the leg... like right in that joint. Anyway I really need to strengthen the muscles around my lower back...and I need to get serious... I've never had 3 weeks of such pain in my life. So as soon as I'm better, its walking and exercise for me...this is bull chit. Anyhoooooooooooo !!!! Patty when it rains it pours. As an adult with ADHD I stay keep fighting for your boys, don't ever let anyone think they are a burden b/c I know hey are not. ADHD/ADD runs rapid in my family. I wish there was help for me as a kid instead of being labeled as lazy.....far from the truth. I'm so sorry your debit card got snagged... people SUCK!!! ..... I just said a prayer for you lady~~~~Here it comes BTW thank you for the anniversary wishes... I've could have lost more but heck I'm so happy I have no complaints Mary, costume $$ are insane, my DD has 3 this year (((am I nuts or what))) she had 3 different events to go to and it called for different costumes FREAKIN-A. G'morning, I'm sorry I couldn't get in here. I went to the spine doc, he took xrays and said my degenerative disc is just getting worse. He gave me different meds and sleeping pills. The sleeping pills did not work I just tried the pain pills and don't know how they work yet since I JUST gulped them down just now. He wants me to do physical therapy.. yeah right, I can barely move and I'm gonna go to PT... DUH! I have to go back in 1 month. Yesterday I had a bad day, I was in so much pain. I really think / have a feeling something else is going on and of course an xray isn't going to show it. I'm going on 2 weeks now and this has never been so painful this long. I'm going to wait one more week, if I'm still in this much pain I will go back and demand an MRI. I'm sorry I can't do personals today, boss is here and he just makes me to nervous. LOLOL DH is thinking of starting Atkins Diet again.. he's got about 20 lbs to lose IF that .... but wants to nip it in the bud before it gets worse.... so I'm thinking of following it with him.... sort of. I need a fill badly. I went from great restriction to basically no restriction and it felt like it happened over night. So Nov 3 I go for a fill.... how can this happen??? so I haven't lost anything in quite a while.... and crap eating all that chocolate EVERY day doesn't help either. So maybe Atkins is a way to start this WL again. How is everyone today? any super duper plans for the weekend? .

Hi Girls, I can't read up today but you know I will this weekend. I can't sit at my desk long enough to accomplish anything but I am here at work. My back/hip is getting worse.. when I leave work at night I am in tears from the pain. The percocet and muscle relaxers aren't doing squat but I'm afraid NOT to take them. It took me all morning to find a spine orthopedist..... I had no clue they were so hard to come by. My appointment is monday morning at 11 am.. .... CHITTTTT hope I last that long lolol. I will be on my laptop this weekend and catching up with you all... I love and miss you dearly. Talk to you soon...

Hi Everyone, I will write more, promise... my meds are kicking in and my eyes are shaky LOL WHOOOHOO jk. Went to the doc for pain and muscle relaxers... I stood crying in the waiting room for 2 hours..and this is an urgent care place... the part that angers me is there was no one waiting but me ....then 45 minutes in the pharmacy....sigh... I'm home and thats what matters. I had to buy a cane b/c the doc said to... I'm leaning more to the one side when I walk and thats gonna injure me more trying to compensate for the pain.....so I bought a purdy cane w/butterflies on it LOLOL !!! do I feel old??????? ummm YEP yer dang tootin. Okay lovies. I see alot of posts but need to nap... I'm exhausted. Bbl...love you all.

Signs of needing a fill would be not losing weight.... you'd really have to talk to your doctor about it b/c each person is different. How far after your meal do you get hungry?

Good Morning, I'm home today..I went for an ultrasound yesterday (because I was getting my period every two weeks months back) yesterday and the technician must have pushed to hard b/c when I got off the table my back was sore, I mean really sore... I thought it was my arthritis kicking in b/c it was a rainy day.... but by the time I got back to work I couldn't get out of the car, my lower back was thrown out and hurt so much I couldn't walk up the pathway to get into work.. so I went home. ..... So I am home today and can't do much lol. Wish I could take my hips off LOLOL bbl
