  1. I just wanted to post a little something in rememberance of 9/11. Many of us here witnessed the devistating events that happened 4 years ago today. 9/11 will always be in our hearts and never forgotten. Hugs and prayers to everyone.
  2. Nicole, I'm sending you some big hugs and kisses. I've had 2 miscarriages and I find comfort in knowing that they are playing with my Lord & Savior, Jesus. I was in my 20's with the first and in my 30's with the second. After the one in my 30's we tried 3 months later like the doctor said to do and bam !!! I got pregnant again. Hang in there sweetheart, there is always Hope and I'm sure great things will come to you. Eileen

  5. Happy Saturday Good Morning Everyone. Hope you all are having a great weekend. Well its cleaning, laundry and getting stuff together to cook for the upcoming week's dinners. There's also a flea market up the street from my house today that I'll have to check out with DD. Whats everyone doing today? Its a BEAUTIFUL day in Jersey... God is Good
  6. Good Luck !!!
  7. Beanie, a few more day's aint gonna make or break it. Just keep on them. Enjoy your cocktail and relax, ITS THE WEEKEND !!!!
  8. I don't understand why people think letting some one take a knife to your body is the easy way out. I told two people at work and one is a heavy woman my age who is tickled for me because she knows how hard I struggle, she has seen me cry because I get so frustrated. The other lady got so excited she hugged and kissed me. Now on the other hand I will not tell my boss because he is so "military like" so disciplined and fit. I know he would look at me like, your gonna waste company time on something that I should be able to control. Delarla is right, talk to your friend, set her strait. If she doesn't come around she was never really a friend to begin with. Hugs and good luck, I hope she has a change of heart.
  9. Good Evening Don'tcha just love Friday nights. Thats my favorite time of the week, its like the world is off your shoulders until Sunday night when your thinking......crap, work tomorrow LOL. Beanie, hope you had good luck with the phone call (((crossing fingers and other parts that will let me))). Hey!! me too, married for 16+ years to a wonderful guy. A friend of mine told me about a good bra sale (Ira don't read this part lol) JMS (or was it Bali) has them on sale for $14.99 (internet sale) and I'm thinking hmmmmmm my girls really do need a new home but !!! if I get approved, I just might want to wait b/4 investing money in new real estate Ahhhh pickles! So whats everyone got planned for the weekend ????????????? come on, tell me something good ...(tell me that you like it yeahhhh) sorry!
  10. Just make sure you pack some medications that you CAN take incase your not feeling well. I'm sure there will be things you can eat and the kitchen will be more than happy to accomodate you. Call them (the cruise line) just to make sure. Have a WONDERFUL !!! time
  11. Sheeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeesh who'da thunk?
  12. Dani, good luck and please let us know when your home
  13. Suzii best of luck to you. I'm anxious for you too HUGS
  14. Haaaaaaaa ROFLMFAO !!
  15. Wonderful news Alex I'm really happy for you.
  16. Okay, I'm going back on the dreadmill ... how about you ?
  17. Good Afternoon Beanie, ITS FRIDAY !!!! No, silly, the dreadmill didn't kill me but we're still not on speaking terms. I will be the first to admit, I HATE exercise, sweating and everything nasty that goes along with it lol. I know once I get some of this flubber off of me it will be easier but for now its really a chore. I'm glad your going to get a dreadmill, they really last a long time. Just make sure when you get it to check out the weight limit. When my DH bought ours I told him to make sure it had a weight limit of 350 lbs. How's work today? did you get to call the insurance company? I also have BCBS (((biting nails))). My doc said that they are very good about approving people for lapband so who knows. Lisa, my doc said I should just squeek by with the insurance company (BCBS) approving my case. So there's always the possibility that I might get rejected (((story of my life lol))), just add it to my rejection list Ira, GOOD GOING !!! on the trainer/program that you are looking into. Do you feel that you have more evergy now that your skinny? Just tell Dr. B. that you are really struggling with keeping your portions small and I'm sure even with the great weight loss your having, he will give you a fill. Squeeky wheel gets the oil....or is that a Fill Okay you see, the mind is NASTY!!! You can go to dinner and enjoy something for your anniversary. What you have to remember is, your celebrating the day you were married, and not the meal. food should not be the "center" of our lives, we need to "TRAIN THE BRAIN" you can always Celebrate after the dinner with a romantic walk, or some hoochie choochie naaaaah naaaaaaaaaaah !!! GET IT? But if you feel that the dinner will be to hard to handle, skip it !! there's always next year. Why don't you go dancing, or to the movies. What ever you decide "HAPPY ANNIVERSARY"
  18. I wouldn't think you'd have to tell them, they are using a local anesthetic right?
  19. Ditto's I don't want to tell to many folks. Its none of their bee's wax !!
  20. BEANIE !!!! Watcha doing today cutie pie ?
  21. Hey Ray, watcha say? Good going on the hour walk AND AND AND weight training... aaah okay you have my permission to watch the football game snort ~ I did do 25 minutes on the dreadmill tonight :D I'm sorry to say I don't watch football, baseball or basketball... to slow for this brain.... me likey Hockey Pittsburgh Penguins...yeah, Jaromir Jager and his thick thighs, lordy be but now he's with the stankin Rangers..blech so I don't watch it anymore LOLOL.
  22. Lisa that is SOOOOOOO gross LOLOL !!! oh gosh. Donali I'm right there with you on the nightmares snort ~ Jachut I remember Isis and of course the infamous Flintstones (the show that mimicked the HoneyMooners). I loved Fat Albert & The Cosby Kids....Land Of The Lost (egads), Remember the Bugaloo's "The bugaloos' the bugaloos, there in the air and every where, the bugaloos, the bugaloos"
  23. Lisa, good to see you. We saw Madagascar too, it was cute, nothing to write home about lol. We also saw Herbie the Love Bug. I thought that was cute but its a movie for folks that know the old Herbie movies IMHO. Matt Dylan (sp???) and Michael Keaton looked really old in that movie... Yeah I know WE'RE GETTING OLD TOO LOL. I had my consultation on the 6th and the doc said I should just squeek by with the insurance companies...sigh. So there's that chance they may not approve me I'm trying to keep my Chinny Chin Chins up but its hard. Think Positive, Think Positive LOLOL. Hope yours goes well
  24. WELL GOLLLLLLLLLLY!!! ITS LISA !!!!!!!!!!!!! Hey girl, we were gonna all out some joisey boys to come look for yah I'm glad your okay and having fun
