  17. It's very hard to sit and watch my family eat a nice dinner while i am measuring out my 2ounces of mushy soups. I am eating the refried beans and ricotta bake now , they are both delicious but heavy . I even had a bit of a scrambled egg this morning I am lucky if I got down 2 teaspoons before feeling full. All in all the sleeve is working I lost more weight last week then this week but I kind of figured that would happen . This has definitely been a hard journey but I don't regret it one bit it's going to pay off in the end .
