When was the last time you lost 15 lbs in 3 weeks? Do me a favor and just STAY OFF THE SCALE for a while and concentrate on your protein and liquids and getting healed up. You are also in the 3 week stall period of time. Your body has to adjust to the fast weight loss and take a little break. Stay the course, stay off the scale, and continue to heal. You're doing just fine :)

well said babs, well said.

im there as well i was upset , i am 35 days post surgery and I was a bit upset that im only down 37 pounds. then i realized thats over a pound a day!, so now im switching from daily scale reading to weekly scale reading. no reason for us to beat ourselves up anymore than we already have.
