  1. Hey hey hey stop that. Are you taking your measurements? Muscle weighs more then fat. Are you counting your calories? Are you taking in enough calories? Are you drinking all your water? Are you taking your vitamins and any meds you are on? Have you had your thyroid checked?

    Consistency and patience is key here.


  2. Oh honey I am so sorry. I love the show house and I did a girlfriend who had fabromygilia (that is not spelled right) but she had chronic pain. It is not easy to deal with. You have to start putting stuff into writing so it can go into your medical file. You may have to change doctors, you may need to go to the ER, you may want to consult a therapist (psych). I will pray for you.


  3. Hey boo boo no gimmicks here. If it is burning your tummy, stop it now. Consistency is key in your exercise and food. Keep your calories and carbs low and daily exercise will see you to your goals. The quick fix here is more cardio, if you want that scale to move down then you have to move that body even more. Don't forget about light weights will give you lean muscle mass that will help burn more calories. Switch up your activities, shock your body make it change for you.
