Don't jump to fast at those eggs. Eat them really slow because I still have problems with them after a year and half later.

Hey hey hey stop that. Are you taking your measurements? Muscle weighs more then fat. Are you counting your calories? Are you taking in enough calories? Are you drinking all your water? Are you taking your vitamins and any meds you are on? Have you had your thyroid checked?
Consistency and patience is key here.

Great job you are doing well. Are you walking yet, that is really going to make the weight jump off. Staying on the liquids is going to give you a really good jump start on your weigh loss so relish in.

You better take that weight loss with a smile because it will not always be like that. Work the heck out of these first few months. Keep calories and carbs low and kick up the walking or exercise.

Oh honey I am so sorry. I love the show house and I did a girlfriend who had fabromygilia (that is not spelled right) but she had chronic pain. It is not easy to deal with. You have to start putting stuff into writing so it can go into your medical file. You may have to change doctors, you may need to go to the ER, you may want to consult a therapist (psych). I will pray for you.

What kind of shakes are you using? Atkins advantage are not bad, slimfast has alittle more sugar but are palatable. Put them in the freezer for a little while and it taste like a shake.

Hey boo boo no gimmicks here. If it is burning your tummy, stop it now. Consistency is key in your exercise and food. Keep your calories and carbs low and daily exercise will see you to your goals. The quick fix here is more cardio, if you want that scale to move down then you have to move that body even more. Don't forget about light weights will give you lean muscle mass that will help burn more calories. Switch up your activities, shock your body make it change for you.

I am so happy for you. You are doing great and the emotions will run the whole 9 yards from being up on top of the mountain to being under the rock the no one can lift. It will all balance out and you will be fine. You are Blessed therefore you can not be stressed.
