You are rolling right along. It is never to early to start preparing. Have you tried the shakes yet? I started drinking Atkins Advantage once a day before I had surgery. I was practicing eating less and worked wonderfully.
Have you been practicing your new exercise routine yet? Perhaps some walking in place or around the house.

You are making me hungry. Don't stress about getting all your calories in. It is only day 3 and your stomach is still getting use to the solids. You are doing great, keep it going.

Thanks for the great information about Kaiser. I have found that Kaiser does not do breast reductions, hip and knee replacement surgeries without strings attached. Lap band seems to be out of the equation completly for them. They make people jump through hoops with thier hopes up high that they will still be able to get a lap band but to no avail.
Good Luck in finding an excellent surgeon.

Like yeah I will get a lap band anyday over heart surgery. Thank God for lap bands. WOOOHOOO Have you found a protein shake you like yet?

You now have your 28 days to detox from fattening food. LOL What a program. Take this time to start trying protein shakes to see which ones you like. Protein will be your friend.

Back to the gym this morning 1 min on ellipt, 20min treadmill, lat pulldown.
I can see my body changing. I can feel bones ready to show through the fat. LOL

Yes I pigged out after weigh in on a cup of light rocky road ice cream and a piece of cake from Safeway. I thought about jogging in place last night but I didn't. I went to the gym this morning and did 20 min on the treadmill.

I most certainly will Avilla. I need them to keep me on track on to be there when I fall off and decide to get back up.

It's Monday we get to do it all over again. LOL
I went to the gym Friday after work and Saturday. I did not go yesterday or this morning. I plan on going at lunch and after work today.
I did go to a program for Weight for God. I like any type of weight lost support groups. By their scale I have lost a pound this week. LOL I will have to kick some butt today and tomorrow to get my TOPS scale down. I was shooting for 3 pounds this week but if I don't hit 3 I know will fall amoung the stars.
I'm excited about weighing in tomorrow. The only thing is on Weigh in day I start eating everything.
Today I had cheerios and a banana for breakfast. Lunch will be salad and michelina lasagna thingy 260 calories I think. I will have to check.

Tia you are not alone and for those who are not in our shoes can not understand. This is why LBT is such a great place. Call me you have a chance. I will see if I have your new number. Good attitude Avilla, you are doing a great job. I am right there with you trying to get to the 100 pound mark. I'm sure you will get closer then you realize before your bandiversary if you keep going at this rate. It has been a year and a half for me and I am 13 pounds away from 100. Some lose it faster then others but those who do put a lot of hard work into it

Poor baby I have been there, done that. Try new foods slowly, wait after you swallow and breath. Mushies are safe.
