Laaazy Day

I can't wait to start Insanity.... This week is my lst week of Prep with Hip Hop Abs and I so love this DVD! but I'm so about Insanity starting the 15th :tt1: I ordered Results and Recovery and hope I have that in time to use with Insanity and Shakeology! I'm also very excited about my Taste Party Saturday and I'll try to have one every week. I hope my friends and family show up! They'll be amazed at the benefits of Shakeology.... okay well I gotta take a nap cos I feel slightyl drained...

Well I hadn't planned on having to postpone my appointments this week, but after much consideration and financial issues, I really need to cancel my follow up with Dr. Linder and consults and reschedule for a better time... :smile2: I'm not totally happy avout it, but I realley need to get my stuff together... bummer!

Happy New Year 195!

Had a Happy NYE with my sis and good friend Jennifer! we had very little chinese and cheese fruit and crckers. I managed to avoid alcohol Yaaay me!.... today is my moms seafood gumbo OMG how good, but I'm gonna behave and no rice... okay very little rice.... OKAY NO RICE geesh! LOL

Good Morning 198.9!!!

Finally I am out of the 200's!!!! :thumbup:I can't remember when I was at this weight, probably high school or early college! This feels soooo good, so I'm chuggin the water today and making sure I stay on track... My period has also decided now is the time, so I'm going to not weigh myself again until after Christmas!!!

I had an appointment with my GP Dr. Saab today. I told him I've been having back pain and skin rashes under my belly... He gave me a prescription for skin cream and documented the rash. He also gave me a perescription for muscle relaxer and pain medicine for the back problems and has referred me out to have physical therapy 3 times a week for three weeks...

Things to do.... Countdown to my TT

Get a part time job Write my letter to insurance January: Schedule consult with Dr. Karyotakis and Dr. Uyeda in Los Angeles (shoot for same day) Schedule appointment with Dr. Saab about my rash and back pain... ask him to refer me to chiropractor to see why I'm having balance problems. Follow up appointment with Dr. Liu and Dr. Linder Get letters from all Dr.'s and get insurance started and appointment set.

Dr. McDreamy!!!

Dr. Linder is absolutely WONDERFUL! My consult was fabulous and I feel totally comfortable with him being my PS! Showing my belly and lower pouch was kinda embaressing, but we're trying to get insurance to cover... without insurance it's $18,000.:thumbup: I need an extensive tt with no muscle tightening. so I have a lot of homework to do... I need documentation of my rashes and back pain and letters from Dr. Liu and a few other doctors. I'm so excited... I'm looking at $7,000 if insurance

Meeting Dr. Linder

I'm meeting Dr. Linder today. I'm so excited, my dad is driving... one question is why are we leaving so early? 8am? For a 1pm appointment when my appointment is in Beverly Hills not Utah LOL!   I'm hoping to work the money thing out... I only have the 5k now... hopefully some in house payment plan or financing can be arranged.   I'll keeep you updated :thumbup:

The Scale is so pissin me off!

In conjunction with several aspects I'm just bumbed this morning.... I reached 201 and was positive my next step would be down and then below 200... so why the crap am I 203?! I'm frustrated! Today, I'm attempting to do protein nectar all day with water.... I'm still fluctuating and haven't dropped below 200 and it's frustrating. This may be a good thing, because I'm broke and protein is about all I have lol.... So I'm gonna finish this cup on my desk and then have another for lunch and go out to my car and chill..... Good Morning 201.6!!

I'm so CLOSE to Onederville I can taste it!!!!! I love my scale... I get on and it says 188 then jumps to 201.6~ Don't know exactly what that means, but I'm happy... Good Morning 203!

I hate to think what the cleaning people in my office think when emptying my garbage.... at times I find I have to PB (is that it) in my garbage can... as gross as this sounds, and I know it's TMI, I just have to get that "slime" up out of my throat.... very little food comes up, just a bunch of nasty slime... whooo I gotta catch up... been lazy with updates lately... On Oct 25th I was at 208.7 Oct 27: 211 Oct 29: 210.5 I had my adjustment this day. Following my adjustment I caught terrible flu symptoms and started my period... I just felt like YUCK! Stress also didn't help and I was dealing with money issues.... Today is November 8th and I'm down to 204.1   I haven't been eating a great deal... I'm a bit tight :huh2: I need to find a way to stress less and stay on track.:smile2:

It's been a minute right?!

I haven't posted since May, but things have been crazy!! :thumbup: I got outta hand and went up to 218! :thumbup: I've been on track for the last two weeks and have dropped down to 210.5 per the scale this morning.:biggrin: I'm exercising and eating right.... absolutely no caffiene... Every since I hit 212, it seems as if losing has been such a pain in my tush.... Still my goal is to hit 199 but WHEN!? I am beyond frustrated and a little lost:sad: I have a consult with DR. Linder on the 15th to put into works plans for having the loose skin removed and my boobs lifted, but truth be told, if I can't lose the 50 lbs Dr. Linder wanted me to back in OCTOBER:eek:.... Another Genesis

I'm starting over, or at least trying my hardest to undo the what I've done the past few months. What happend with Dave really effected me negatively and I'm not blaming my behavoirs on that, but they did make a difference. So I had my last fill of the year yesterday... I'm down a pound and so far today I've had some tomato soup, protein nectar and now I'm eating some refried beans with a bit of cheese... softies for at least two more days.. I'm going home and break out my hip hop abs dvd. T

Glad I got my fill yesterday.:tt2: Boy was I ready! As my wieght was dipping towrards 210 in the last few weeks it's been jumping up and when I had my fill yesterday I was 216.5:bored:....
