    First day at the gym. WOOHOO I'm so happy. I didn't do much but it was a start. Elliptical for a minute, treadmill for 1/2 mile, lap pull down machine and quad lift machine. I hope to go back at lunch time.

    Saturday morning walk was good. I was fired up because I am not walking through the week. It was warm out but I had to get it done. I walked fast and still 1 hour. I was determined to do more so I went to the track and did 1 mile. I was going to do another but the sun hit me and I said nope that was enough. LOL Sunday was gorgeous, it was 68 but felt like 78. LOL It felt good to walk, I have been going to the park long of enough now that I am a regular. There are just some folks you see every week and you wave, nod or say good morning. It puts that smile on your face and makes you feel good that your are a part of the little people. I am still the biggest one down there but that is ok because I am getting healthier and stronger. I'm excited about the weather changing so I can walk after work again. I need to find a walking buddy. I like walking by myself sometimes but I know that someone else would push me to speed up when I don't want to.

    I am bike on the horsey now. Giddey UP!!!!! I can't wait for weigh in tomorrow. It has been 3 weeks since last weigh in.

    I'm here. I have not walked in weeks and feeling guilty. I have moved and some of the move itself and daily up and down the stairs has to account for some type of exercise. I feel like I have lost something.
     
    I finally made an appt to back to the cardiologist because of some issues. I got an emergency appt for tomorrow. I will call my doctor today but I don't think I will go see her because what can she do but take my pressure maybe order a scan but that would not be done before tomorrow. Like I said I will call.
     
    Here are the issues.
    The imfamous wheez I heard Monday night
    Twitching of my left eye
    Headach
    Have not be taking my HB meds daily
    I have been feeling off balance
    I have walked down the hall and felt slightly dizzy or light headed
    I feel like I can't walk as far anymore
     
    Once I see the cardiologist I will get back to walking. I am sure I will be scheduled for my stress test.

    :biggrin1: Did I say I'm happy....I am waiting for a pork chop to go down but I am happy. My restriction may not be what it use to be but it let's me know it is still there. My silly butt tried to eat a wendys burger with one bun, uhhhh that didn't work. I give up, where is the soup, salad and ground turkey?
     
    I have not exercised since Monday, that is not good. I have no excuse not to walk this evening sooooooo I will and of course Sat and Sun morning.:eek:
     
    Ok lunch was a lean cuisine and that restriciton is still there, just when I thought it was gone.

    I was all in a good mood. I just realized I gained a pound last night. Whatever, I'll just say mother nature did it.
     
    God is Good....what!.....I said GOD IS GOOD.....Can I get an ALL THE TIME!!!
     
    HAHAHAH
    I'm in a good mood right now. Knowing that you are not alone, knowing that you are not the only one going through some rough times is comforting. Tomorrow is not promised so I might as well be me and keep smile through it all. Because guess what....God Is Good All the Time..YES

    Setting a goal is not the main thing. It is deciding how you will go about achieving it and staying with that plan.

    Journal, talk with like minded people, go to TTC, committment It is weigh in day and I am excited......I don't know why. Although I have been exercising I think I have been eating too much. Anyhow, I will get on the scale and move forward from there.
     
    What am I going to do with my time from when I get home till I go to TOPS.

    Back to the gym this morning 1 min on ellipt, 20min treadmill, lat pulldown.
     
    I can see my body changing. I can feel bones ready to show through the fat. LOL
     
    I love LBT and my journal, I feel so comfortable here venting for all the world to see. LOL:eek:

    I have not been drinking my water as I should, don't ask my why. Sooooo I have a gallon with me today and I think I may end up drinking the whole think before I leave work today. I hope not but if it happens it happens.

    I don't drink often but I had wine coolers Saturday......I just found how many calories is in them......500.:faint: No wonder they were so good. It's not worth it, I'd rather have a lemonade.
     
    Today is Monday...TTC this evening and I will run in place for 1 minute periodically in the office.

    I did bake a chicken, cooked the greens and yesterday made the meatloaf. The beans were so good that there are only a little bit left. I feel ok about the cooking because it was healthy. I didn't and don't have to go get fast food. The beans were soooo good I am ready to fix another pot of them. I think I will. Can someone say Beano! I will find out tomorrow what the scale says.

    395 gained a pound. I won't go through the excuses again because I feel good about what I have accomplished so far. I guess I can't expect to lose 4 pounds every week:confused:
     
    Anyhow I will step it up this week so I can see those 5 pounds gone so I can see....WHAT......389. I will we try to get in 2 days of 5 miles and 3 days a week of floor exercise.:paranoid

    I feel better now that I put down all the food on paper. I did not walk Friday evening. I got up early to pick up a friend from the airport and of course the flight was late and all I could think about was I'm not walking.....So I went in the terminal and played on the walkway and ran down the escaltor and walked really fast. I did about 1/2 mile in the terminal. I could see myself going to the airport to walk, it was fun. I was all nice and cool in there.
     
    Sunday morning I was ready to go walking. Went to HP did 3 miles at 7:03 and I finished at exactly at 8:03. I can do it in about 5 minutes less then an hour but I normally take 1 whole hour but never more. It was getting hot out by time I was almost finished. I was thanking God for that early morning overcast and fog so the sun was not burning through but then it came out and began to beem for the rest of the day. LOL I went to the track when I left HP but I had to go to the bathroom so I did 1/2 mile. So I got in 3.5 miles. Only 11.5 to go. LOL

    39 miles for July, well I didn't make my 50 but it was more then 25 for May:(

    Somebody is going to think I am crazy but I went to Bed Bath and Beyond for the first time yesterday. I wish I could have seen the look at my face when I walked in. I was shocked that it was a real store and I just kept looking up. I thought is was going to be like Ross or you know not a very organized store. Now that I think about it, I have been in the one in Waldorf. This one was just in a smaller space so everything went up. You should have seen me looking up at the stuff on all the shelves. LOL :biggrin1: Anyhow, I was looking for a candle and they were so expensive so a sales lady helped me. Showed me some holders and I found one for 99 cents :nervous ha ha . Also some voltives so I bought diffrent fragarances as a sampler. I go next do to a craft store to get a gift bag and they had big candles sitting at the door very inexpensive. LOL again. I decided to keep what I had because they were "yankee candles" ha ha a name brand. I'm silly but it was fun. I want to go back to BB and B. I am just rambling on. With all my running around for about an hour gas station, Trader Joes, BB and B, craft store, did I say I stopped in Payless LOL. That dag on Payless only went up to an 11, I guess I have to go to big feet land and find my shoes. Anyhow, I wish I had the funds to just shop like crazy. Oh wow, I wrote down everything I spent yesterday and that was so cool. Budgets man!!:sick
