    I am so thrilled with myself that I walked 6.4 miles Saturday. The day was just perfect weather for walking. Not cold and not to warm, just right. That was 2 times around the infamous HP. I am so happy that I did it. I have been afraid to do it thinking that I couldn't. I am so pleased and it really helps to know that I can do it without dropping dead or stopping. I hold myself back mentally so much. I want to push through all these personal holds. I have to. I have goals. I have to lose weight to live the life that I want.
     
    I will be 40 in 7 months. That is suppose to be the best birthday. I want to be happy and have a great birthday.

    I am a tiny bit down because of life stresses. The decisions, bills, work, children,food. This too shall pass but right now I want some major food to eat right now.
     
    I didn't eat, I got a slimfast....yeahhhhhh me. Food is not going to make the situation better.

    There are things I want to say but this is public. It is a new day and I am blessed.

    I will be productive today!!!
     
    I did not go to TTC because of the weather and flood warnings. TOPS may be cancelled tonight and I am trying to wrap my brain around that. That means I will have to go 2 weeks before weigh in.
     
    I WILL look for a scale this weekend. I believe the weight watchers scales are sold at Hecht's. I will look into it. I really need a scale at home.
     
    NEWS Flash WW scales do not go up to 400 pounds,,.....they suck. I am so glad I NEVER tried them. They don't cater to the super morbidly obese obviously.
     
    Oh well, I found some anyhow.

    OK Tuesday Weigh in day is always a new day. OK so I didn't gain, Thank God.....but needless to say this is not where I wanted to be today....393.
    I'm dragging, I don't feel like it....
     
    I will do what I can....
     
    PMS - I really can't deal with other peoples crap right now.:phanvan I can't stand people who break promises....ALL THE DAM TIME!!
    I need to go to the pool before I come on.
     
    Oh bright note, today is Lamonds birthday.:Banane20: Part of what's bothering me is that I did my bills last night and .......I'v got to pay them by myself. To be married or not to be married is that the question.....NO.....just can't get everything I want RIGHT NOW.
     
    Today is a venting day, pms can be so emotional for me.

    Yeahhhhhh I did my 30 minutes last night and noooooo fast food. Yeahhhhhh I am so glad. I cooked dinner early and had a meal, no salad so I had broccoli with my chili.
    I will count that 30 minutes as 1 mile walk.
     
    I will strive for that again today.

    I LOST 4 POUNDS LAST NIGHT.........WOOOOHOOOOO.......I NOW WEIGH 3 HUNDRED EIGHTY FIVE POUNDS.......385...YEAHHHHHH I AM SO HAPPY:lol:

    I am nervous because tonight is weigh in and after losing 10 pounds last week I think it will be difficult to come up with another loss this week. I remember last Tuesday I didn't have time to eat but trail mix all day. Today I have cream soup, oatmeal and a sausage. Help me! I think I will jog in place perdiodically today.

    I had a rough mental eating day yesterday....no excuses. I'm not sure why but weighing in may have had something to do with it.

    italian sausage(I boiled and broiled)

    soup(home made, potato,cheese, broccoli, mushroom)
    When I got home ice cream(egg nog was on sale) cake that I had baked for a friend who did not pick it up
     
    OK this may be an excuse but my eating may be a little off due to my condition of emotional eating (say with french accent). Holidays do give me serious mood swings. Happy one minute to downright crying and why am I here. Both of my parents are gone and it hurts. I am the youngest and we have a small family. I like the holidays but I feel releaved when they are over. So pray for me that I will exercise today and everyday here on out.

    383-373-377 I gained 4 pounds but I am actually ok with it. That means I was actually supose to have lost 6 pounds last week to keep off. This just means that when I get out of the 370'2 I will be out for good. I still can't believe I weight 3 hundred anything. LOL Recently I said I weigh 473 and my daughter corrected me and I actually had to think. WOW 459-377 yeahhhhhhh:clap2: :clap2: :clap2:

    I really enjoyed my Thanksgiving Day. :hungry: I plan on going walking today and this weekend.

    I am now at 386. I lost 4 pounds last night..[/b]:emoticon(':woohoo')"]......[/b]:emoticon(':ele')"] All the walking has paid off.
     
    I have 27 miles under my belt. I will do the WAP tape tonight and tomorrow.

    I lost a pound...whewwww I feel better now. I will not be eating like last week. I am going to try and take it slow and not let things stress me so I eat everything in sight.

    I was thinking about not going to weigh in tonight but I was just trying to punk out because I have had some stupid eating habits lately. Ice cream is on sale and it is killing me. It is good that I have really good restriciton in the morning and the afternoon. Once I get home I can eat a tad bit more. :heh: :kiss OK too much. Yesterday I had a flash back. I had soup around 11:30 and went to a doctors appt at 4. I did not eat anything in between but was hungry. I went to Wendys and got a jr deluxe cheeseburger and nuggets. I ate the whole thing :hungry: :omg: It took about 35 minutes but I ate that burger except for the last 2 bites. I was driving down my steet which is kind of long and as I was biting down on the burger I realized this is where I would purge while driving so many years ago. I felt like I was doing the same thing but only I would have had 2 sandwiches, fries, a big soda and a dessert. Thank God for my band. I will go weigh in tonight.
     
    No I still have not gotten back to exercise yet. I am thinking about it more and more. I will get there. I have started dancing to a song here and there at work and at home. For me that is a start. LOL I will walk this Sunday.

    I lost 3 pounds WOOOOHOOOOO back to 373 thank God. I want to lose 4 pounds this week to get out of the 370's. I can do it with a lot of exercise. I can do this!!!! I have 14 pounds to lose 100 pounds. I can't wait. My goal is to do this my the end of next month. I can do this!!!

    I was so excited I went to 2 run and walk stores to look for some good shoes. I found them at Metro Run and Walk so I will go pick them up today. I also went to the gym this morning. I did 2 min on the elipt, 22 min treadmill and lat pull down machine. I will walk at home for 15 min while Oprah is on and do floor exercise w/my child this evening. Oh yeah run up and down the stairs a few times.

    I am feeling better today. I spoke to my girlfriend's, who passed suddenly, mom yesterday for the first time sense the funeral. I am so glad I did.
     
    I cooked yesterday and that was nice also, cabbage and wingettes. Ummmm ummmmm
     
    Did I exercise yesterday.....no......just danced a little.
    Will I exercise today, YES!!!

    I am happy to say I went to the gym Saturday and Sunday. I am not happy to say that I ate some serious caloric cookies Sunday but I will not do that again. MOVING FORWARD!!!
     
    I also ran up and down the stairs a few times yesterday.

    I went to the gym when I got off from work and I went this morning. I feel good. dananananana like I knew that I would dananannana I feel fine.....
     
    I'm excited about losing this weight. I went home and washed the truck, fixed dinner which was easy ..leaftovers. My daughter pulled out and prepared some teryaki noodles which were delish. I found cornbread so I made muffins and put sheredded cheese in them. I also put a sweet potatoe in the microwave and then put pumpkin pie spice, cinnamon, butter and brown sugar. yummo Oh yeah the leftover baked chicken and on rib w/barbeqsauce.

    Angelburch you are too funny but yes I am a morning person. I wish I could stay in the bed until 9am but I think it is just a waste of time. My body wants to get up so I am glad that I am motivated to do something now when I get up. I was getting up at 5:30 now I get up at 5am.
     
    I was in the gym at 5:50 this morning and did 1 minute and a half on the eliptical. I increased my time by 1/2 minute LOL. I did 15 min on the treadmil and did 2 arm machines and 1 leg. When I got home yesterday I walked in place watching Oprah for 15 minutes and ran up and down the stairs about 12 times total for the evening last night.
     
    I think I will go back to the gym and get on the treadmill or ride the bike for 15 minutes at lunch. I love the pull down machine. I saw results from the machine before and it really gets rid of the rolls.
     
    I weight in tonight and I am really excited. My last weight in was 379 on 12/19.

    I want to start drinking or smoking. OK I don't really want to start smoking because it stinks but if it didn't .....and the cancer thingy but OK I want to start drinking. People who drink just have so much find in their mind. Right now my brain cells are not having a good time. If I get them drunk they will think they are having a good time therefore I will have a good time.
     
    Dag it, I want an escape. I am tired of stressing and having to worry about things and dealing with them. I want someone else to deal with the stupid stuff. I don't want to have to go buy a drill because I don't know how many watts, volts, mega hertz or whatever to get. Unfortunatley I keep this silly dam smile on my face:) .
     
    Oh :notagree I could go to sleep like some people do. They can just in the bed and sleep for hours at any given time, get up, go back to sleep. That one is safer and you won't eat while you are sleep.

    I am blessed by each one of you. :iloveuall:Thanks for allowing me into your journals. I learns something from each one that I read but mostly "I am not alone". We all go through the same struggles and we need each other. It is amazing how much love you can receive from a bunch of strangers LOL. Sincere Strangers LOL:p :huggie:

    It's Monday we get to do it all over again. LOL
     
    I went to the gym Friday after work and Saturday. I did not go yesterday or this morning. I plan on going at lunch and after work today.
     
    I did go to a program for Weight for God. I like any type of weight lost support groups. By their scale I have lost a pound this week. LOL I will have to kick some butt today and tomorrow to get my TOPS scale down. I was shooting for 3 pounds this week but if I don't hit 3 I know will fall amoung the stars.
     
    I'm excited about weighing in tomorrow. The only thing is on Weigh in day I start eating everything.
     
    Today I had cheerios and a banana for breakfast. Lunch will be salad and michelina lasagna thingy 260 calories I think. I will have to check.
