There are things I want to say but this is public. It is a new day and I am blessed.

I thank god for another day

He woke me up this morning

I had a safe drive into work this morning

I have a roof over my head

I have lost weight

I will be productive today!!!

I did not go to TTC because of the weather and flood warnings. TOPS may be cancelled tonight and I am trying to wrap my brain around that. That means I will have to go 2 weeks before weigh in.

I WILL look for a scale this weekend. I believe the weight watchers scales are sold at Hecht's. I will look into it. I really need a scale at home.

NEWS Flash WW scales do not go up to 400 pounds,,.....they suck. I am so glad I NEVER tried them. They don't cater to the super morbidly obese obviously.

Oh well, I found some anyhow.

Hey Ms. T! Sorry your not having the greatest day... I have a WW scale. It doesnt go up to 400 but it does go to 385, which your almost there anyways. By the time you hit Walmart (which is where I bought mine) over the weekend, you will be under that weight!!

Oh cool, I will have to go and stand on one in Wal Mart. LOL

And why are ya not having a good day???? And can I point out mixed veggies are mostly starch cuz it has corn, peas, and sometimes lima beans and potatoes....LOL I got veggie suggestions.....Spinach, cauliflower, squash (mmmmm but some are starches too), green beans, greens, okra, green beans, brussle sprouts, beets (sugar and some starch), pea pods, sprouts, cabbage, celery, cucumbers, tomato, broccoli, brocaflower, peppers (bell and chili), eggplant, artichokes (starch but GOOD), asperegus(sp?),Salad stuff,water chestnuts (starch), heart of palm....LOL OK I could go on, veggies are my fav but I must go to bed, taking Dad out tomarrow for "Fathers Day" at Joes Crab Shack..... ttyl hope you feel better:hug:

On ebay meow there is a scale that goes up to 440 pounds, they are all overrrrrrr ebay.
