RLJ, You'll find that there is a huge difference in cost depending where you go. I have heard of fills costing as little as $50, and as much as a couple grand. I do know that Doctors will charge insurance one thing, but what the insurance company actually pays is another. You should find out if what they are charging and what they receive are the same. You always have the option of finding another place that is more competitively priced if you are going to be charged that much each time you have to go for an adjustment.

Lets see. the way that I ended up quitting was going to the bar and getting so drunk that my hangover lasted for 3 days. During those three days i couldn't even look at a cigarette without getting nausious. After the 3 days, I just carried on without smoking.

it's beginning in only a few weeks... It's hard to believe that it has been a yea already..

They just passed a law in Arizona where no one can smoke in bars... I know that there already are bars that are smoke free, but making all of them that way is rediculous... You know who voted for it to be that way? People who don't smoke, and probably don't even go to the bars. I'm sure there also were a few that don't smoke and do go to the bars that voted.

My parents own an elderly care facility. I have heard stories that you wouldn't believe from the residents there.

well I can see that I missed alot in this conversation... George W Bush being elected twice as President reinforces the fact that ANYONE can be whatever they set out to be, it doesn't matter who you are or how qualified you are for the position... I like to listen to him because he talks funny. (I'm republican)
