I know the skin doesnt pop back into shape but I was curious if there was a time frame that you did notice firming. Trying to determine time frames to get plastics done after I hit goal.

I agree. I was just like you at first. I had to start weighing once a week and writing it on my calendar. It always reads some kind of loss this way and I am happy. When I look back at the calendar it shows how far you have come. Its hard to appreciate the daily .3 loss but a weeks 4 pounds is nice

Thanks AuriP. I'm pleased with the weight I've lost until I read people that have lost like 40 pounds in a month and then I'm like...what am I doing wrong. Lol
