I had my surgery on 28th as well. So far so good. I'm excited!

I've had no problem finding it at Wal-Mart, but in Tulsa.

I'm on the exact same diet regimen. However, I'm only on day 1. My surgery date is Oct 28th. Hang in there with the headache! I hear it goes away around day 3 or 4. Good luck!

7 carbs and 300 calories. 17oz. Just had one and it took new forever to get it down. Good flavor but lots of liquid.

I picked up some EAS today from Sams's that's 42g of protein. I must have gotten something special? It's a purple bottle.

What is the best brand(s) of protein drinks that are ready to drink in a container? I don't want to buy tubs of powder. The RTDs taste better to me. Thanks!

That's exactly how I feel. It's all unimaginable!

I haven't had surgery yet but I hear that the liquid diet is the worst part.
