I give alot of nice gifts away for xmas but mine wasn't a xmas one..I actually gave my grandma a heart necklace with my grandpa's pic on it about 6 months after he died *easter time* we were all greiving so badly and she was really shutting down..I suprised her with the gold necklace and she cried for about Eleven *yes i said eleven hours* straight..After that she was much better..We still grieve (grandpa died in 1997) Grandma wears that necklance almost all the time.. Hi Kristine, Dr Kwon basically handles everything himself, Although he is opening another office in the middletown Area in Feb and Another doctor is suppose to join the practice..When you go to get checked up we usually see Barbara or Carolyn (nurse practitioners)? Dr Kwon is a Great doctor..I love his office staff.. As for the Pre-op appts. He does have a list of doctors recommended to see however if you want to see your own cardiologist, ETC you CAN however dr kown recommends his doctors.. Kristen

Hey Everyone! Has anyone Developed a Kidney stone Post op???? I have been having pain in my lower back for the last couple days and when i went to the doctor tdy she sd i could be developing a kidney stone?? It hurts alot.. It could be an infection too but she is running some tests so we shall see.. Kristen

Hey! I am VERY happy with my Boy band! *hehe* he has been treating me VERY well..I have only got stuck twice, Tdy at dinner i did very well.. I had surgery 08/10/05 and am down a total of 51.5 lbs..I haven't had any problems except a WHOLE lot of GAS LOL! I wouldn't trade this for the world! Kristen

I wouldn't say that all the times you have no restriction..I had my first fill 09/27/2005 of 1cc and i have good restriction..I have pb'd a couple of times.. I actually like where i am @ right now and i am steadly loosing.. Restriction CAN happen, But for the most part and the most people it doesn't Kristen

Hey Ya'll, Haven't posted in a while or been to support group! Anyways, tdy i got my invite for Dr Kwon's Holiday Party..Who's going? and since it says black tie optional do we really have to get that dressed up? This morning has turned out to be a sad sad morning..I got stuck..Literally..I know exactly what i did..I ate to fast..but as i was getting sick and throwing up I was home alone and very scared..I could barely breathe ..They all say that most of us will get stuck @ least 1 time..Well this was my turn. so i called my doctor..They sd not to worry about it because it happens, no one is perfect and its a learning experience..well guess what? i don't ever want to do that again.. So, I have to due two days of Clear Liquids, two days of Protein Shakes and two days of puree..That i can handle.. Was everyone this scared? I feel so tight right now..My doctor says because of the spasms and that it has to take time to let the swelling down.. UGH. Sorry for rambling..my nerves have gotten to me... Thanks, Kristen
