    Gaining weight...pls help

    No i hvnt add anything new...i m having 600-700 calories per day....i hv started walk for one hour...dese days my water intake has increased a lot n food intake has reduced...last days due to stress i was nt able to meet my calories or water intake...my food intake was very low last days...i dont know wats happening wid me...

I am 9 months out...these days i am very stressed out as i am continuously gaining 100-200 grams per day...from last 20 days i was very stressed out as a result of wich i lost 1-1.5 kgs in span of 7-10 days but now i hv overcome my stress and started doing extra 1 hr workout and my calories are same as previous but inspite of everything i m gaining weight...this weight issue is again stressing me out....i m 66 kgs and got to reduce 10 kgs more...dese days i m feeling very thirsty n hving more water den usual...i m feeling as if i m gaining weight from drinking water also... Pls somebody help...

  4. I m a july sleever n want to know the percentage of weight lost of fellow sleevers in 5 months... I hv lost approx 50% of my excess weight but now my weight loss has slowed down a lot...does anyone else experiencing same???
