I lost 68% of my excess weight in 5 months. The next 5 months I lost 16% of my excess weight. I am 11 months out and it's so slow now, but I'm okay with that. I only have 8 pounds until I reach goal.

I lost 51% in 5 months, and now I'm at 82% (nearly 1 year out).

in the first 5 months I lost 77% of my excess weight but not it is slowing DRAMATICALLY

I have lost 67% of my EW since my surgery and 73% since my highest weight. It has definitely slowed down this last month. but with only about 30 lbs to go, I expected that it would. I'm just going to continue to work my plan and I know that I will reach 100% loss eventually.

  • 1 month later...

I'm at 54% EWL since surgery, 62.5% EWL from highest weight.

I'm at 56% of EWL.

  • 5 months later...

Thanks for posting your stat everyone. I am starting to feel a bit "on my own" in the sleeve world. It is nice to hear how others are doing. I have lost less than 60% of my excess weight. I hope I am not done with my journey but my body is stubbornly happy at this weight. Rats!
